Terms of Service

Frequent Flyer Pro is a free Chrome extension, currently in beta, that tracks Qantas fares on bookings you add, monitors your Status Credit and points position from your own Qantas account, and offers AI-generated suggestions - rebooking maths, fare advice, seat picks, and status planning. By installing or using the extension, or signing in on frequentflyerpro.com, you agree to these terms.

• It is not a booking agent. It never books, changes, or cancels flights for you. Every transaction happens on qantas.com, by you, under Qantas's own terms.
• It is not financial advice. Savings figures, cents-per-point valuations, pace projections, and rollover estimates are calculations from the data we can see, offered as information only.
• It is not affiliated with Qantas. Frequent Flyer Pro is independently developed and is not endorsed by or associated with Qantas Airways, oneworld, or any airline.

Fares, fees, seat availability, and program rules change without notice and can differ from what the extension last saw. Before you act on any suggestion - especially cancelling a booking - confirm the current price, the exact cancellation fee, and the fare conditions in Qantas Manage Booking. The assistant recommends booking the new fare before cancelling the old one for exactly this reason. We are not responsible for the outcome of bookings you make or cancel.

• You sign in with Google; you're responsible for activity under your account.
• You log in to Qantas yourself, in your own browser. The extension reads only what is visible on your Qantas pages and never sees, handles, or stores your Qantas credentials.
• Use the extension only with your own Qantas Frequent Flyer account, and in accordance with Qantas's own terms of use.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the My Account page.

• Leaderboards, friend leagues, weekly challenges, and badges are for fun. Ranks and stats carry no monetary value and may be recalculated or reset.
• Pick a callsign that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else; we may rename or remove entries that are.
• Friend leagues show your real name to members you connect with. Invite links and codes are for people you know - no spamming.
• Gaming the numbers (fake bookings, manufactured savings) may result in removal from public boards.

Assistant responses are generated by an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. They are suggestions, not guarantees - verify anything that matters before acting. Assistant use is subject to reasonable rate limits, and its advice is shaped by the preferences you set.

• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for exploitation, or overload the service or its data sources.
• Don't use the extension to collect data about anyone else's account.
• Don't resell or repackage the service or its data.

This is a beta of an independent project. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed; fare checks may be delayed or fail; Qantas page changes can interrupt syncing. We may suspend or discontinue the service, or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded where they apply), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service - including missed savings, cancelled bookings, fare differences, or loss of status credits or points. The service is free; our total liability for any claim is limited to AUD $50.

The extension, website, and their design and content are ours. Qantas, Qantas Frequent Flyer, oneworld, and tier names are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to describe compatibility. Your booking data remains yours - see the Privacy Policy for how it's handled and how to export or delete it.

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the extension's changelog, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
